Anyways I am back today with a new post for you all and its about “Healthy and Slimming ” breakfast ideas . Like the old saying goes , “Eat, Breakfast like a King , Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Pauper “, and let me tell you our ancestors were really wise since current studies shows that breakfast should be one of the heaviest and energizing meal of the day . By the word “heavy” I don’t by any means saying to have a “rich and fattening ” meal but rather something which is high in nutrients and is filling .So here are some delicious yet healthy breakfast ideas.
SLIMMING BREAKFAST NUMBER 1 – OATS
Nothing says “good morning” like a warm bowl of oatmeal. Whether slowly cooked and creamy or blended with fresh fruit in a smoothie, oats provide your body with many benefits. If you’re not eating oatmeal for breakfast, you’re missing out on a delicious way to add fiber and nutrients to your body first thing in the morning
.Oats have several benefits like 1. They are Whole Grain.
2 They help in Lowering Cholesterol levels naturally .
3.They help in Lowering Body fat and helps you Slim Down , since they are high in fiber content and very low in fat they keep you full longer without adding extra calories !
4.They can be cooked in a variety of ways .
SLIMMING BREAKFAST NUMBER 2- EGG WHITE OMELETTE
While eggs’ high cholesterol content only presents a health risk to a subset of the population — those sensitive to dietary cholesterol — using egg whites in place of whole eggs still offers health benefits. While the egg white may not look like it’s packed full of nutrients, it does offer several benefits without a lot of calories.
Benefits of egg white omelette- 1. They contain ZERO Cholesterol

Quinoa is one of the trendiest foods around, and for good reason: This earthy whole grain, which hails from South America, is packed with protein and fiber—a perfect combination for those who are looking to stay energized and keep their metabolism humming.

2.Helps in lowering fat – its really high in fiber almost twice as much fiber as most of the other grains and that helps in lowering body weight as it takes a longer time to chew than does other foods because it makes you feel fuller for longer and is less “energy dense” which means it has fewer calories for the same volume of food.
3.It is highly Nutritious since it contains , Lysine , Magnesium , Riboflavin , Manganese and Iron .
SLIMMING BREAKFAST NUMBER 4 – GREEK YOGURT FRUIT PARFAIT
Parfaits are a great way to prepare a healthy yet quick meals . For this parfait all you need is low fat or greek yogurt , apple ,plums ,nuts, tangerine and puffed rice .If you’re trying to shed a few pounds, this parfait might just be the perfect breakfast. Each layer—nectarines, plums, nuts, yogurt, puffed rice—provides a healthy dose of slimming fiber or protein.Top this all up with some sliced apples and this healthy parfait is set to be munched !Heck, this 5-minute dish is filling enough to have for lunch, thanks to the Greek yogurt, which is thicker, creamier, and more satisfying than regular low-fat yogurt.

2.Helps you in controlling weight , the Greek yogurt contains twice as much protein, “which is great for weight control because it keeps you feeling full longer.”

SLIMMING BREAKFAST NUMBER 5- GREEN JUICE
They say that “Eat your green veggies” but now you can “Drink your green veggies ” 😉 Green Juice is filled to the boot with all the nutrients which we require to remain disease free plus its non fattening .You can add Kale , Spinach , green apples , cucumbers , celery stick , lemon ,ginger and if you want extra sweetness then you can add pineapple or agave nectar and give it wiz in your “Vita-mix” or food processor and your green juice is ready !
Benefits of Green Juicing – 1. Gives your skin an amazing glow .
2. Its an EXCELLENT DETOX Drink A green juice will cleanse your digestive system, lungs, liver (which will rev up, if sluggish — causing you to retain weight) and uterus.

5.Aids in Digestion,
